We had an overall outstanding and excellent experience with Northern Virginia Roofing, and especially with our direct sales rep, Paul Flynn. Paul was extremely knowledgable about not only all things roofing, but also, all things related. He was the only rep, of the 6 or so we had out, who took picutures of the roof and then shared them with us. The pictures were very helpful and it really felt like Paul had our best interest at heart. Based on his recommendations and photos, Paul also provided recommendation for a mason, so that we could have work done on the chimney BEFORE we had the roof replaced. This ensured that that the new roof would not be damaged or dirtied by the masonry work. Paul also was the only one of the many vendors to come out to correctly understand the ventilation between our two roofs, which resulted in the best, and most economical attic/roof ventilation solution for us. Paul was there on the day of work, during which we had all of our roofing, all of our plywood roof, and our attic fan replaced. Paul also tirelessly helped coordinate the removal of our gutter helmets so that the roofing work could proceed. The workmanship was great, the insallers were courteous and efficient, and Paul's assistance throughout the process was nothing short of awesome. Throughout the entire process, there were no surprises, and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. We would highly recommend Northern Virginia Roofing, as well as Paul Flynn.
