My in-lwas took a TV in for an estimate, they charged $60 for the esitmate. It appears they never even took the back off the TV to do the proper diagnosis. They would not even guarantee what they told us was wrong would be correct, it may have been another part that was needed. I called them to conplain, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and very nasty. We will never use this company again, please beware before you spend your hard earned money with these people!
