Review content:
I really love this place. My two cats and my mother's cat all stayed here at the same time -- each in their own ""apartment"", which was LARGE (8 feet high). Every day, each cat's door (one at a time) was left open as an invitation for them to roam the circular hallway by him/herself for an hour or so -- which gave them a sense of freedom from confinement. That makes a huge difference, I believe. Also, the staff spent a lot of time attending to each cat's quirks. We learned from one staff member that one cat, who did not liked to be brushed at home, loves this grooming tool called the ""Furminator"". I bought one when I got home, and he ran up to me when I got it out of the package. He recognized it!\r \r The staff gave us updates by email and encouraged us to call (which we did) during our trip. We were gone for 11 days, and all three cats looked GREAT when we got back. Even the one, my mother's female tortie, who had suffered separation anxiety, looked excellent. They gave her special attention and got very creative to make her feel at ease. These are SENSITIVE people. You can trust them. I toured other boarders before deciding on Feline Wishes, and nothing else compares. Don't put your cat in a box/cage with well-meaning, but over-worked staff. This is the place you want.
