Awful service, DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP!! These guys agreed to arrive between 12-1pm, but didn't even have the courtesy to call to tell me they would be late. They then said 3:30, which would have been too late; and then at 3:30 when they hadn't shown up, I called again and they pushed it to 5pm. I took a day off work for NOTHING. The guy I spoke to apologized profusely, but by then I didn't want to hear it. He said he could do it the next morning, but I didn't want to risk being stood up again so I went with another company which was more costly, but ended up being very reliable. A&A Alliance quoted me a very reasonable rate, but I'm not even sure if these guys are legit. They didn't ask for a deposit, when my building sent them the requirements for the certificate of insurance, they didn't know what it was for. Be very careful before you book these guys. I will never call them for a future move
