Horrible service & company! Don't use, very unreliable. They were placed on contract with full payment While I was deployed for my daughters Quince And her court. They were very late and we had a timeline to keep. I called several times and Jay, the owner, kept telling me he would call me back and never returned my calls. Finally the limo arrives and Jay states the driver can give us extra time. IMPOSSIBLE! We had a timeline and somewhere to be. No air in the hummer. The driver was a temp and wasn't dressed appropriately and didn't know much. Jay blames the temp driver and the passengers. Jay takes mo responsibility for his company's errors. I have called several times a day and even visited his office with no resolution. The owner even cuts me off and hangs the phone. He keeps promising to call back and never does. He lies! DO NOT USE!
