As an All-Star employee, I can assure you that we have had problems in the past, BUT with new management, policies, and equipment, we are sure to make your party the best! Our bounce houses and equipment are inspected and cleaned after every rental and do not go out unless they are safe and clean. If there is a problem on our side, we are sure to, not only fix it, but we also work with you to find a solution that fits your situation. We apologize if you have had a negative experience and can also assure you that this is not a common issue.
