Please note that the last good review of The Glass is from over 4 years ago! Last evening, four of us ate at the Glass Menagerie after noting that Urbanspoon ranked it as the #5 Woodlands restaurant. I have to disagree with that ranking. First of all, it's difficult to find if you're not familiar with the Woodlands, it's a good 200 yards off of Millbend Dr., so don't expect your GPS to get you there. The delicious Sea Bass mentioned in previous reviews is no longer on the menu. We were served gin and tonics without lime wedges, the bread arrived after the salad, and two steaks were only luke warm upon arrival at the table. Otherwise the food was very good and the desserts were excellent. Lastly, although Urbanspoon lists the entrees at between $10-$15, the only entree at less than $20 is the hamburger! My wife and I spent $120 including a bottle of wine. Kirby's and Landry's don't even make Urbanspoon's top ten and yet are much better than the Glass Menagerie. Pros: Desserts Cons: Service, location, price to quality ratio.
