Review content:
Pier 36 is a small town restaurant and also should be noted for being the only full service restraunt in town. \r
First time to Pier 36, Saturday evening, busy, our waiter needed more hands on from an experienced waiter or waitress. The food came out as though it were a three course meal. Salad which was less that desireable as was told that there was no more dressing and that they would have to make it.. Please picture that the salad was already on the table. Next the steak, not cooked to taste; a baked potatoe was to arrive the same time as the steak, it came ten minutes later. The restaurant needs to employ experienced, friendly staff and the manager should be in the kitchen to watch every meal that goes to the customers. Bottom line Below Average.
Pros: Only full service restaurant in this small town
Cons: Staff needs to be trained to smile, know what food the customer ordered and make sure what they offer is in deed available. Meal to be served hot and all at one time!
