10 o'clock craving hits - WE NEED DQ! So, I head out with my daughter to get eats and treats. Dulce kept cutting me off while I was trying to order. Finally after 4 times of asking me, ""is that all"", I told her that was all. I got to the window, she gave me the total, I paid - window closed (she's busy talking to the boys), I got change- window closed, she's busy talking to the boys, treats ready first- she handed these to me and as you can guess window closed so she can talk to her male coworkers. As she's talking to them - our food is put on the counter by another worker but she is so busy talking to the guy wedged in between the machine and the wall that she didn't notice. Of course, we were missing items, I had to ask for my receipt and the order to be corrected which of course took time away from her social hour and that REALLY bothered her. At any rate, this horrible customer service is not acceptable, and regardless of how much she makes per hour - she should provide the best service possible. Of course Dulce is more concerned with social hour with her male co-workers.
