Be advised that if you become a customer of this company, they will call you at home during dinner hour regularly to try to sell you termite service and other extras. Also, they will want you to sign up for a contract, but they will NOT tell you that the contract renews automatically every year UNLESS you cancel it in writing 30 days before your next service is due. You will be stuck paying unless you cancel in writing. Do not use this disreputable company. When it was Mr. Lynn's, it was a decent operation. Not any more.
