I have tried to reach them on 3 occasions for the same problem. I had called and was on hold for 5 minutes and was asked by the automated servivce to leave a message, i left a message and it was never returned. This went on 2 more times and again I have received no call back, I have since canceled my service and all they could ask me was if I wanted a lower rate. At this day in age customer service is the key to making a company successful and Allied Waste has the worst customer service I have ever revceived. I would not reccommend there services to anyone.
