I have been using JMH Realty for over a decade as a property manager for a unit that I own. Alan Folkman has kept me informed of all developments relative to my property. My unit is rented nearly 100% of the time and is well maintained. Alan has reduced unnecessary costs, kept me in compliance with local real estate ordinances, and reviewed and maintained the proper level of insurance as a condo owner.He has also brokered difficult and potentially onerous disagreements among condo owners regarding common property. Lastly, and perhaps most improtantly he has been a tireless advocate for the neighborhood and for owners of rental properties in general through his proactive involvement with city council and other regulatory agencies. In summary, I cannot imagine a better experience as an owner of a rental property.
