Alan Folkman and his team at JMH have been managing my property in Fairmount for more than 10 years. Alan is professional, efficient, thorough and proactive. I trust him completely and can count on him to give me the best advice possible. He continues to demonstrate his concern for both the property owners and the tenants and cares deeply about doing what's right. I cannot imagine handling the challenges of being a landlord without him and recommend him to both tenants and owners.
