HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Please do not rent from these people. I have never in my life felt so used and abused by a company. Not only is everyone in the office incredibly rude and condescending, they will charge you and swindle you at any possible chance they get. I dont know whether it is born out of sexism or ageism, their attitudes toward people are inexcusable. While repairs were done on time, I am STILL waiting for my deposit--55 days after the end of our lease, and we are still waiting on a corrected security deposit, which quite frankly I am pretty sure I could take up in small claims court at this point. I was even lied to by one of their realtors! Avoid the headache and the hastle, or bring a lawyer with you if you have to rent from JMH
