I was a tenant of JMH for five years. I lived in two different apartments with them, and had a great experience both times. The apartments were both well maintained and well priced. Whenever anything broke, a simple phone call solved my problem. The staff always took good care of me. When I moved in I recieved information from them about maintaining my apartment and what I would need to do to get my secruity deposit back. The first time I didn't pay attention and payed a few small charges .from my deposit when I moved out. The second time I read the information in advance, and got everything back. \r

These are really good people who really want you to enjoy your apartment and to help you. I'm only sorry that they dont have apartments in other sections of Philidelphia, because my current landlord is a disaster.\r

I strongly recommend JMH to anyone looking for an apartment. Take it from somone who now knows the difference.
Pros: Professional, friendly staff.
