I lived in an apartment maintained by JMH for five years. Alan, the overall manager, was always professional and very responsive to my needs, even when I did something as silly as locking myself out of my apartment.
When I first moved in, the maintenance was okay. Many times it was clearly done in a rush. As time progressed, the maintenance became much stronger and therefore the workmanship improved significantly.
