Took my Wife daughter and Mom for a nice dinner while my mom was in town for the weekend. We ordered two soups, 20 min later waitress arrieved with 1 soup, and said, oh you where supossed to get one also, I""ll go get it, and never did. She looks at my empty glass, but does not refill it. She passed by 3 more times without saying a word. I finally had to track her down and tell her we needed two more refills of sweet tea. She takes them with a sigh and fills them with unsweet tea and no ice. We asked for crackers and she said they were out. By this time I ask to talk to a manager. He comes over, I tell him the problems, and he offers no apologies, only says yeah, the truck didn't come. Not a word about our wrong drinks and did not even offer to get us new drinks. I decided it was time we left. We drove through the Mcdonalds drive through to get our daughter something to eat, and the service at Mcdonalds was 100 times better. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO STAKE AND ALE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU ARE TAKING SOMEONE OUT, DO NOT GO HERE. VERY BAD SERVICE, AND CUSTOMER COMES SECOND HERE.
