nothing has changed since the last review, this place is nasty!!! please, come look at the pool...sickening, it is 6-4-12, and only animety is the pool and it is still not open, it is green, green, green, not blue or clear!! the tenants are mad but wont confront the manager cuz she doesnt care!! we are afraid if we complain, she'll up the rent come renewal time. the prices are going up which is laughable to me. the only thing good about this complex is the other residents, other than them, we would not consider staying one more year. the schools are great but Phylis the manager has to go, she has ran this property into the ground, my 4 yr old could manage this place better!! and apparently the owner who is in CA doesnt give a crap either else he would have found someone else to run this place. beware if you are looking to move into Shorewood Park Townhomes!!!!!
