Review content:
I am not currently a bicycle enthusiast, however as a young boy - some 50 years ago - I rode alot and repaired my own bicycle. In the intervening years the equipment has changed a great deal. Last week my adult son asked me if I could see about fixing his front wheel which had 4 broken spokes and was bent. In my minds eye I probably believed I could do it myself. When I saw the wheel, I decided to seek a professional repair. The bike had been purchased at Bill's a few years ago. I decided to return there for the repair. I called ahead to tell them I was bringing it in and that I was in somewhat of a hurry. When I walked in, the technician was in the middle of a project, but he was kind enough to put that on hold and repair the wheel while I waited. I truly wasn't in that much of a hurry and wouldn't expect that for every repair, but I was pleased. In any unlikely future repair need I would certainly return to Bill's Bikeshop. Pros: Service, parking
