Never ever use Prado collection for your wedding needs. I ordered my sister's bridesmaid dress through them. After giving them my sister's measurements they ordered her a size 4, but of course it was too small. When I looked up the sizing chart online I could clearly see she was a size 6 in the dress, but this didn't matter they won't exchange the dress. I didn't want my money back just a different size. They made the mistake, but won't work with me. They were complete jerks about the whole thing and didn't even say they were sorry about the mistake just went on. Now I am out $280. I also found the dress online for $140, which was my fault for not looking beforehand for a deal, but I thought going through a person not a website would be better if I had problem I was way wrong. I would have ordered the right size on my own according to the size chart and saved $140. That's another thing they are over priced big time. Don't even use them for your daughter's prom dress they will charge you way too much. Also, my friend got married a year ago and went through them and had the same problems with ordering the wrong dress sizes and then making them pay even more to alter through them. They order dresses too small so you have to pay to get a complete new dress again or to alter your dress. They are only out for money. One of my friend's bridesmaids was very tall and ordered extra length on her dress and of course they didn't order it and instead of ordering her a new dress on rush and paying for their mistake they altered her dress and made her pay for it and it didn't come in until 2 days before the wedding. Plus the friend's wedding dress came in only 2 weeks before her wedding. She was freaking out; if you know a bride that close to a wedding without a gown. I wish I had talked to my friend for advice before going through them so please listen to me and don't ever use them.
