I was very disatisified overall, my first contact over the phone was great. I thought to myself this may be my new place to get service. Then I was wrong, I had my XPS service in February the intial fee was 49.99, which i was happy in paying. Then they call me up stated 99.99. I said okay two days went by, there tech called me stated""he has never seen anything like this before. He said ""its going to cost $179.99 to fix it now, he gave me a whopping $30.00 credit. I waited over a week or so. Very slow service, poor communication overall. I pickup my computer that night, excited turn it on, same problem. I decided to resolve the issue myself, no luck. I called them that night and left messages. I took it in the next morning, told them they failed to fix my computer. I told them what I did, they came back and said I did more damage. The fee to fix it was 179.99, I argue with them, no battle one here. They did charge me half off. I paid 89.99. I took it home 2-3 days later same issue. I called them up, they did send someone too my house. Finally it was fix on the third time. I told myself never again, I would of had better luck on craigslist paying someone 40.00. Now a little over 6 months, I have the same issue frm day one. I spoke with manager about the issue, he stated he will check it out for free, then I got the phone call I have a virus its going to cost $119.99, to fix it. So i ended up buying a new computer, and told them not to worry about fixing it, since I had no luck in there service. All I wanted was my XPS computer fix the first time, bad cust service, skill level is poor, Reason ""my computer was never fix right the first time"", they were never wrong. I would recommend saving your money, find someone on craigslist or a friend of a friend. Unless you want to continue giving your money away for your computer needs. This was an Georgetown, same company, same owner, same training, you decide
