Review content:
I began working out with Noah Morton with Define Fitness just weeks after I found out I was pregnant with our first child. I have always consistently worked out over the years but wanted some guidance and someone to help motivate me while I was pregnant and not feeling so hot. I wasn’t exactly scared of gaining too much weight, but rather wanted to remain in shape and feel good about myself. I read that it is much easier to lose baby weight quickly if you remain active during pregnancy and obviously there are many more benefits as well. I had an easy pregnancy, I can’t complain... However, during the first two trimesters the only time I really felt well was when I was working out with Noah. I really can’t explain it, but it was such a release and also a distraction from feeling nauseous all the time. Noah pushed me and encouraged me and I always felt so good when I left. I don’t think many people can say that they never dread going to see their trainer or going to the gym, I honestly can, I look forward to going to Define Fitness because Noah is just that good. Noah is very bright and he knows so much about health & fitness. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he is with training pregnant women. I am telling you, he knows his stuff. I have learned a lot from him. I continued to work with Noah up until the final week I had my son. Noah has become a friend and I really look forward to seeing him each week. He continues to challenge me all the time. I have always worked out with him 2-3 times a week for half an hour. It is amazing how much you can get done in a half an hour, I get worked! All I can say is, check him out, he is the best! Thanks Noah
Pros: knowledgeable, fun, great workout, awesome gym, affordable
Cons: can't think of one...
