This taxi service has the worst customer service. Had I not been at my desk at work, their driver would never have been able to locate and pick up an out of town employee we scheduled for pick-up at the airport due to a problem in their communication. When I called the dispatcher to ask what happened, he didn't care and said ""what do you want me to do?"" When I called back to talk to a Supervisor, I got the same dispatcher who recognized my voice and still acted badly. Needless to say, I found another person to take our employee back to the airport the next day. In a professional manner, I called Executive Taxi to cancel our return trip scheduled the next day and the dispatcher again recognized my voice and started laughing and said ""Thank you very much!"" very sarcastically. If you're looking for a reliable and professional taxi service - this company just isn't worth the headache or frustration.
