Everything started out okay, brought in an ipad with a broken screen. No problem, be ready tomorrow. Show up the following day, aw man we were sooo busy, I'll get a tech on it now. It will be ready tomorrow. This time I call before I go and I get, the tech is on it right now. Thought he was getting on it yesterday, I said. So the third day comes. I give them the entire day before I call at 5pm. The tech is on it right now. Really?? because thats what you have told me the last two days. According to youtube, this repair takes 11 mins. Silence on the phone. It will be ready when you get here. \r

Becareful with the promise date. Their phone recording says they have 9 techs, I guess they are all on vacation.
