When your air conditioning goes out or on the ""fritz"" in this heat no one wants to wait. Recommended by an acquaintence, I called Heavenly Air needing to evaluate and replace the outdoor heating and cooling system that had been damaged from lighting struck for the second time. Damages included burning out of compressor and coil system which makes the unit sound ""congested"" and very loud, which led to freon leak and water build-up condensation in the attic, not good with scorching summer heat....no one likes MOLD! Previous service was not adequately professional and respondent or adviseable. Did not offer any upgrades or solutions, they patched the work and left me the bill.\r

The sameday that afternoon I had a brand new unit (quiet) replaced, added UV blue light system (upgrade) to existing system, it traps smaller dust particles before it releases air through the ventilation ducts that direct to every room in the house , works great! Before sundown we had a new system with healthier breathing ventilated air and best we do not need to keep changing filters, only up in the attic system every 3-4 mos,. We can actually tell the difference when the AC kicks on and smells clean. And...less dust lands on your ceiling fans.\r

Staff and Techs approach were professionally mannered and CURTIOUS, (which we all love) and quick to correct and make your system work better for you AND your house .\r

My husband and I HIGHLY recommended and use year round maintenace
Pros: Quick, Payment Options Offered, Proffesional, Quality Work is Excellent
Cons: I really do not have any drawbacks
