Review content:
We had arranged for a wedding day pick up and drop off for myself(the bride), our wedding party, and the groom. About 15 minutes before our pick up time we were called and told that our driver never let anyone know he was running late, so we would not be getting the limo we paid for, but instead, as they put it, a ""luxury suv."" I guess we had different standards because a late 90's model suburban does not qualify as 'luxury' in my book, nor is it was we paid for or desired for our wedding day. To make up for being late, the driver drove like a maniac, cutting people off at red lights, and doing well over the speed limit. The company offered us a ""complimentary"" upgrade for the pick up at the end of the night. Little did we know that complimentary does not mean free to them, and we were charged full price for this. We've gone back and forth with many members of their staff and both Keith(who hung up on me twice, and my husband once) and Jennifer are nothing but rude and unprofessional. In our last correspondance with them I was told that they couldn't figure out why I was upset, after all I did get a ride to the wedding, didn't I? I would never work with these people or suggest to friends or family that they use this company either. We have filed a complaint with the BBB because of just how poorly we've been treated.
