As an event planner I am used to working with a welcoming management team. I recently called Le Relais to inquire about bringing a prestigious group of international businessmen there for a cocktail party or dinner party. The woman I spoke with was quick to tell me they could not accommodate a sit down party for my size (around 100) but could do passed appetizers. Then on the next conversation she changed her story and said they could not do passed appetizers for 70 (as a fact I know they CAN as I have held a party that size there before). She was just all-around rude every time I called. Apparently they are this rude to many inquiring clients as many people in Louisville said they had this same experience with the woman who books events. Most people said they no longer send their clients to Le Relais. \r

As someone who will be bringing a lot of $$$ to a restaurant I think I will take that business somewhere where the management is friendly and welcomes my money.\r
