I went with a group because we heard the 24oz Ribeyes were the best in Little Rock. I ordered mine Medium Rare but it was more like well done. The waitress never stopped by to see if everything was OK. We had to flag down the manager and get them to cook another steak. By time my steak was cooked and delivered, my group had eaten and was ready to leave. A guy who said he was the general manager offered next time we visit he would make it right - but what about this time? He never offered any compensation or even a free dessert. The service was poor and the prices were high..
