Review content:
I took my daughters Homecoming dress here to be hemmed and they did and awful job. It was not done like we discussed and the sewing was so bad! I could not believe my eyes! Gladys and Edwin the 2 employees there even admitted that the sew job was not professional and Gladys explained that it was sent out to Long Grove to be hemmed. I called the owner Tom and left a message. He called back the next day and said for me to bring the dress back in and they could fix it. I live 40 min away and did not want to waste my time or gas money again. I asked him to have an employee pick it up and then drop off when done or refund me for the dress. He refused . I tried to explain the at the reason the dress was to be done on the day asked was because we needed it for pictures (taken with a friend) the following day and fixing it would take too long but if that was my only option I would take it as long as I did not have to drive there and spend more time/money. He was very rude and eventually just said well bring the dress in if you want it fixed and hung up the phone!!! I was shocked at the Owners customer service....very unprofessional!!!
