Review content:
I've had 6 treatments and have had mixed experiences. Some of the staff are good, some are checked out. They charge $100 if you cancel with less than 48 hours but don't follow the same rule themselves. When they're running behind not only do you get in late for your appointment and thereby pay more in parking but they want to rush you through your appointment. If you're using one of the lasers that is more painful then this rush means you will have to push for the time you rightly need to prep (ice). The best thing I can say is speak up whenever you are bothered by something or have an issue and generally I've found they address it. Be cautious of any 5 star reviews that pop up from April on as I noticed they've started a program where they're rewarding people for 5 star reviews. Not sure that's a great idea.
