I stumbled into Eli's because I pass it every day. Wagner was incredibly helpful. He wouldn't negotiate on the price he gave me -- but it was very reasonable and just like the other reviewer here, he told me it would be two weeks and he called 5 days later and said it was done -- and this was during Christmas week. I was slipcovering two armchairs and re-slipcovering a sofa with a lot of pillows. Before starting, I told Wagner that I wished my cushions were fluffier and softer, he said he could re-work them. He was a miracle worker!! He knew exactly what I wanted and I now LOVE my couch. He even re-did the pillows for me to make them fluffier, too. I will be using Eli's again and recommending it to everyone I know.
