I wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful customer service that your company has shown to me. I received my door but the handles I had selected where different than what we got. I called your customer service last night and they told me they would send out another handle set on my word that I return the others after the correct handles arrived. Not only did I appreciate you allowing me to use the handles we received to lock our home, but this afternoon I received the new handles and amazed not only with the quickness of the delivery since I called less than 24 hours ago, but there has not been one time that I have spoken to your people that I have gotten anything less than A+ service. So often in life we feel the need to complain about lousy service and never take the time to compliment those who actually take pride in their work and appreciate their customers.
