Saturday: Mover arrives to load storage unit and then driver to apartment to load remaining items.
His rude attitude made me reconsider using the company...and I should've listened to my gut feeling right then.
Driver and the slowest 'assistant' ever take 6 hours to load 60 items from the storage unit into the truck.
We then determine the truck is too large to drive on the street where my apartment is located.
Driver tells me he will call the next day and get a small support truck, will load apt items into small truck, then into big truck.
That was 3 days ago.
The driver isn't answering his cell phone. The company has no idea where he is at. No one knows where the truck is. I have no idea where my loaded items are. I have no idea when my apartment will be loaded. I am in moving Hell.
Worse. Move. Ever.
