Businiess name:  Mbm Moving Systems

Review content:
If a frustrating experience with an unethical company staffed by uncaring people is what you seek, then this is the mover for you! Note: I did not voluntarily select this company. My contract was with Patriot Van Lines who unbeknownst to me 'brokered' my job to MBM. Lovely. Bottom line: the Driver will do whatever he wants (including leaving the State with half of your items loaded and not answering his phone for 12 hours while you wonder when he is going to show up and continue the job.), then Dispatch will blame the Driver for any problems or confusion (and the Driver, when he elects to answer his phone, will blame Dispatch, of course), your 'Customer Service Representative' will call you a 'liar' (nice touch, MBM) and claim to not know what is happening until he talks to the Dispatcher and/or Driver.. When all else fails, someone will remind you that 'they' didn't arrange your move, Patriot Van Lines did. If you are unfortunate enough to end up using this company, please keep in mind that questions such as ""Why did the Driver only load and move half of my items?"" ""Why did the Driver leave the State without telling me?"" ""How can you employ a Driver who goes MIA for an entire day?"" ""How am I supposed to get my remaining items to Kansas?""; ""When will the Driver and my items arrive?""; ""and ( my favorite) ""How much is this going to cost me"", will all be answered by the standard response: ""I don't know, this isn't my fault, let me ask the Driver/Dispatcher/Client Rep"" and call you back"" (um..they won't). Hilarious. Just wish I were laughing.
