WARNING!!!...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....(Same owners as Spencer Cleaners down the street) Was a customer for years and paid thousands to these people for dry cleaning. They kept on returning my shirts to me with crazy looking wrinkles all over and told me it was normal. I explained that I had worn the same style shirts for years and been to other dry cleaners before moving out to Commerce and never had an issue. They finally fixed it a couple of times after hours of pleading with them, but the problem kept on occurring every week. I gave them one final chance and they still did it again. I told them I wanted my money back this time and I would leave and keep it to myself, they threw a couple bucks at me (Only a small percentage of the bill) and were very rude and threatening. I felt I gave them every chance over the years to fix the situation and they just did not care about me. I am a very reasonable person and if they would have apologized and offered a refund or corrected the situation I would have been satisfied, but they obviously do not understand.
