Review content:
This company charged our credit card without our permission for a parking ticket that we did not get. This is a shady place and the guy that runs it is shady also. When we return to Miami we will look elsewhere to rent from. They replaced one of the scooters we had 3 times because something kept going wrong with it the one he would replace. So I am quite sure that one of those scooters that he replace went to another customer. We know we did not park in a no parking zone and we had pictures of the bike to prove it. I advise you to be careful if you are renting from this man at VIP Scooters, he cannot be trusted especially with your credit card information.
