Review content:
Stupid geek squad employees. Not much can be said about these incompetant people that work there. I took a computer into them for a new hard drive and all they did was wipe the old one and reinstall windows xp. It had a genuine windows vista on it when I brought it in. So why in the world would they put an older operating system on it and why didn't they replace the hard drive like they were supposed to? Frustrated with the manager after a long conversation i had to threaten legal action before he agree to refund my money. I'm still waiting 5 days later for that money. he won't return my calls now and I feel like they dont intend on giving me back my money. I had to pay another service secure remote support to replace the hard drive, recover the lost files that geek squad didn't back up and install the proper vista os back onto my pc. I WANT MY MONEY BACK GEEK SQUAD!!!!
