Review content:
The service from Hitmen Pest was great until they changed my service guy. Our old serviceman was familiar with me and with the dogs, and because the new one was not, this last service call was botched.
I called to reschedule our appointment, but he showed up on our old appointment anyway. He couldn't do the back at all though because of the dogs. When our rescheduled appointment rolled around no one showed up. It hasn't been a priority for me, so I haven't called them yet, but I got the bill for the full amount and only have half the work done.
Other than this last time, they have been really good. They always call me in advance. I love the service, and it is usually great.
RESPONSE FROM The Hitmen Termite and Pest Control:
We apologize for the miscommunication in the office. When you're ready for us to complete the July service please feel free to call the office and we will schedule the tech out at no charge to complete the service. Thank you for your continued business, we look forward to our tech getting to know you and your property
