You guys were right about this thing popping! Within hours of my getting offered and accepting a great job at The Pacific Dining Car, I got a call from the LA Athletic Club AND the Beverly Hills Hotel. I start work Friday at PDC, exactly three weeks after I passed the speed test. A couple of weeks of pounding the pavement was all it took. Pretty good. Especially considering that I just spent a year of my life and tens of thousands of dollars to go to a recording school that upon graduating with near perfect attendance and grades did not get me a single employment interview, and had little more than minimum-wage entry-level jobs for me to submit my resume to. Two shifts at my new job, and I will have paid off the Bartenders Training Institute tuition.
You guys saved me. Seriously. You don't know how down I was before I came to your school. I was really down.
BUT NOW, I'M UP! I'M VERY EXCITED!
Hope has made a welcome return to my life!
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
