Review content:
I would never want my child to go to kid city. The so called director and her staff up front have all the parents fooled into thinking they have genuine compassion for any child. I have personally overheard the director and her staff gossiping about parents, children and other people who work there. As a parent I have been lied to by the director as well as the girls who work up front. (They must have forgotten that there are cameras in the classrooms and we can see firsthand what happens before we get a phone call three hours after a child is hurt.) Yes kid city is clean and they have a cameras in the rooms but sadly they have an extremly high turnover rate (in one room my child had three new teachers within weeks) and there seems to not be any communication between the director and the teachers. Given any opportunity the staff will let any parent know how unhappy they are with the director and the other ladies up at the front. Sadly I kept my child here for too long hoping things would get better but they never did. Sure, other daycares may not have all the bells as whistles, as one other reviewer mentioned, but they make up for it with their love for children and a staff who is happy to be there, not just there collecting a paycheck. Readers beware- think twice about this daycare.\r
