Review content:
Good places to eat are hard to find out by Forest Grove. Phils is a nice place to go and enjoy a quality sandwich. I had the spicy meatball and the BBQ pork on two visits. Both were delicious sandwiches. A large is plenty to eat and will just leave you full. The price is a little spendy. Thank goodness for the student discount. Otherwise $8 for a large meatball sub is a little rich for me. Phil (or who looks like phil) is a very friendly man and cooks your sub to order. If you are in the mood for a small sub I would definitely go, but to fill a large appetite the value is not as great.
