Review content:
Visited this facility with large abscess (infection) in my jaw. All i needed was to get a prescription for antibiotics. Front desk informed me Insurance would not cover this (because ""she"" considered it dental) and wanted to collect $120 before I was even seen. Did not listen to what I was explaining. Spoke to Insurance, visit would have been covered by my insurance if the front desk would have done just the most minor research (make a call instead of assume). This is an infection that could cause life threatening ""MEDICAL"" issues. Front desk was more persistent in arguing then treating my issue. Next time, do your research and don't assume! I will never go back to this place.
