We will never, ever buy ANYTHING from this store again! We have bought numerous washers, dryers, frigs, freezers, etc. from this store over the years. Our last purchase was a $1500 Bosch front-load washer. We also purchased the extended warranty. What a rip-off. After experiencing major problems with the washer, they refused to honor the warranty. Come to find out, all the problems with the washer were known to Bosch, and my guess, this store. Instead of acting in an honorable manner, they (the store) opted to take the cheap route. For a few hundred dollars, they lost a very loyal customer. There are too many places to buy appliances to put up with this terrible customer service. Customer loyality means nothing to this store. Buyer beware.
