We were traveling to King of Prussia for a softball tournament and the staff at Amedeos (Beth and Anthony) worked closely with me to order the right amount and kinds of food that would please both the players and parents. In addition, we have one player with dietary requirements (Celiacs Disease) and they were very, very accomodating. They even sent her a separate plate of food at no additional cost to us.\r
Lastly, since we did not know the times of our games so we could not commit a time for the food and they were so nice about having me call them late Friday night with the exact time for the following evening. I would definitely recommend Amedeo's to anyone needing catering. (We stayed at the Best Western King of Prussia hotel - they have worked many events there and set-up and broke down the food with no hassle.) Lastly, the (mild) wings were a little spicy but very popular with the parents and older siblings. Everyone loved the roast beef and chicken fingers as well as green beans. We had more than enough food (good quantity for the price) and the total cost was within our budget.
