Review content:
Slow Club should make other restaurants run and hide. While you they don't take reservations, the bar is happening enough that waiting becomes part of the experience (it helps that their bartenders actually know how to make cocktails - seems to not be a requirement in some places these days). Once you do get seated, you just can't go wrong with your order. Recently, I had a salmon that was simply outstanding, and my friends were extremely pleased with their other fish entrees. Slow Club really sets the standard for good food in a simple yet stylish atmosphere. I would recommend Slow Club for a casual, fun dinner with a group of 4-5 people, and their brunch is also still one of the best in the city.
