whomever has good reviews about lucky money may actually work for the company. My experience was as follows. TransFast wanted copies of ID and an authorization form. I printed and filled out form, scanned in a high res image of the ID and sent. Because US ID's are designed to prevent good quality scans/copies, that was the best we could get. They just kept asking over and over for a better copy even though I could read everything, we finally said NO. Then with LuckMoney, I called customer service FIRST, and they were unable to answer basic questions like what is the best method to send 3,000 USD to Philippines, and finally hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak with supervisor, waited, and when someone came on the phone, I ran down the story and they said ""Let me transfer you to a supervisor..."" LOL then got transferred to voicemail. \r \r If I had this much trouble reaching a rep BEFORE sending money, I would NEVER use them. NO on LuckyMoney, and NO on TransFast.\r \r If you want money transferred, USE WIRE TRANSFER. If you don't, you are subjecting yourself to the mercy of someone sitting in a shack on the other side of the world who can't/won't answer questions or provide you with results.\r \r
