Called and made an appointment, was told to call back with make of washing machine, when i did the man who answered was arguementative first of all, and then acted like i couldn't get an appointment for a couple of days. i said 'What do you mean? i have an appointment for today!"" he said, no you don't...there is nothing set up for you. he had my address and phone number on file but no appointment! i said well how do you have my phone number if i didn't call for an appoinment? rather than be apologetic he said i must be mistaken! ""I"" was the one who made a mistake!!!! then he said he would try to fit me in but the techs were pretty full today! Business must be pretty good for them to be so unaccomidating to a potential customer!!!!!! They did call back and were able to come at the time i was originally schedule for, but it left a sour taste in my mouth let me tell you!
Pros: Good technical help
Cons: Not pleasant at all
