Review content:
This place is right in my neighborhood and seemed like a convenient place to go for alterations. I needed a strapless dress altered and came in when it wasn't busy. No other customers were there but me. After putting the dress on for the lady there to see, she told me all I needed was straps, when meanwhile there was about 2 inches on each side of my dress that needed to be taken in. Besides the fact that it's a STRAPLESS dress, lady!! She had no idea what she was talking about. I pointed out the amount of fabric that needed to be taken in on each side but she didn't appear to be convinced. So I told her if she wasn't interested I could go elsewhere. Instead of trying to keep my business, she basically told me to just go. I couldn't believe how rude she was and that she even had a business still running. I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Cons: zero customer service, unhelpful, and rude
