I happen to disagree with ""newjerseyreview's"" review of Castello's. I've been going to this place for over 2-years now, and I always recommend it to my friends. They have an amazing menu, and probably the best wine list in town. It's always one of my top choices when I feel like celebrating. The ambiance is subtle and the wait staff is always eager to please. Although you may have to motion for your waiter to come to your table, I find it nice knowing that someone isn't interrupting my conversation every 5-minutes to ask how things are. \r

They are always quick to serve, portions are just right, and the food is presented brilliantly.
Pros: Very Professional, Romantic, True Northern Italian Taste
