the community at shady oaks mobile home park.is more secured than a year ago. prior management did not care what went on here. than came a manager that did care and the crime rate dropped more than 80%. now this manager is moving on to bigger opportunitys. she will be missed. i wish her the best of luck. i hope that the new manager will follow in her foot steps. my suggestion to the new manager is to put a survelliance camera by the entrance to catch those who are causing trouble there. and my hats off to the local sheriffs department. they try and get here as fast as they can when there is trouble. but thats not that often around here anymore
Pros: great place to live
Cons: there still are a few trouble makers here that have not been caught yet.
